Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies

This is adapted from a Cooking Light recipe. Basically just subbed in sugar substitute and brown sugar substitute. If you want to make with actual sugar, use same amount of white sugar but use 1/4 cup of brown sugar instead. — posted by Jen T.
