Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sugar (25g)

Method
 

  1. Mix dry: In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Mix wet: In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.

Notes

Quick Lemon Glaze (optional, amazing)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Whisk and drizzle over warm pancakes.
